An experience like no other
After 14 years of teaching in other schools, 10 of which have been in the Montessori curriculum, Jennifer Kelly decided there was a need in Greenville for a fresh, new approach to learning. A place where lessons are experienced in an engaging environment. A place where education is crafted to each stage of your child’s development.
With these beliefs, the idea for Upstate Montessori Academy was born.
Jennifer is Montessori certified, has her master’s degree plus 30, and is National Board Certified. In 2012, Jennifer helped Anderson School District 4 open a public Montessori program. After spending the last three years teaching primary Montessori at Pendleton Elementary School, Jennifer has decided to follow her dream of opening a Montessori school in downtown Greenville.
Under Jennifer’s leadership as owner, director and teacher, Upstate Montessori Academy will have positions available for students ages 3 to 5. Our state-of-the-art downtown facility is now open, and we are happy to talk to you about your child’s education.
